Registrar's News

Incomplete Grade Form
  • Students who wish to request an incomplete grade for a class must use the  Incomplete Grade Request Form found on the AGTS
    website on the Registrar's Office Forms page.
    The top of the form must be completed and signed by the student and returned to the instructor no later than the last day of class, December 11.
Spring 2015 Registration
  • Spring 2016 class registration is open between November 2 to December 11. 
  • A $6 fee will be charged for dropping or adding classes from Nov. 3 on through the last day of drop and add, January 26, 2016.
Graduation Application Deadlines  
  • Complete and submit the 2015-16 graduation application to the AGTS Registrar's Office by January 30, 2016, if you are planning to graduate in the spring or summer 2016 semester.
  • Students graduating this spring (and those approved to graduate next summer) will all participate in the May 2016 Commencement Service.
Free Audit for Spouses
  • Spouses of full-time seminarians (9 hours minimum) may audit one class this coming spring free of charge.

 Student Accounts and Institutional Aid 
  • Scholarships and tuition discounts for the Fall term posted to student accounts in September. If you are expecting an award and it does not appear on your student ledger, or if the balance seems otherwise incorrect, please contact the AGTS Business Office at 417-268-1039 or 417-268-1035, or email Ryan Winters.
  • Scholarship applications for the next academic year will be available on the Student Portal at the end of February. For further information, please contact Dan Shaffer.
 Deferred Payment Plan Schedule
  • Deferred payment plan remittance is due on November 15.
  • Past due accounts are subject to a $25 (per month) "Late Payment Fee."

 Mark Hausfeld 
  • Lecture published in the compilation of selected lectures from the Evangelical Missiological Society 2014 National Conference in Atlanta, Georgia
  • Joshua Fletcher (pseudonym) and I co-wrote the chapter, "Muslim Diaspora," in Diaspora Missiology: Reflections on Reaching the Scattered Peoples of the World, published by William Carey Library. 


 Johan Mostert
     
  • October 22-25: Speaking at a pastoral conference for the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador (PAONL) in Lewisporte, NL, Canada, on "Discipleship and Pastoral Ministry."  Participants (300 expected!) will have completed the Discipleship Assessment. Dr. Mostert will be helping them to apply their personal assessments and implement them into a discipleship strategy for their local churches.
