Financial Registration 
  • Financial Registration for the Summer 2015 term (SU3-15 AGTS) is scheduled to be "opened" on April 27 on the EU Student Portal. Complete your Financial Registration by reviewing your bill and signing the "Financial Responsibility Agreement" (FRA). Your registration is not considered complete and your academic schedule cannot be authorized until your FRA has been completed.
  • Accounts paid in full on or before the first day of the semester are eligible for a 1% rebate on net tuition. ("Net tuition" is the tuition charge less tuition discounts and institutional scholarships.)

Registrar's News

Grades 
  • Spring grades may be viewed through the Student Portal beginning May 8.

Need an extension?

  • Students who wish to request an incomplete grade for a class must use the Incomplete Grade Request Form found on Registrar's Office Forms page. The top of the form must be completed and signed by the student and returned to the instructor by no later than the last day of class--April 24.

Summer/Fall Registration

  • Summer registration must be entered on the Student Portal between March 2-April 10.
  • Fall registration must be entered on the Student Portal from March 2-June 5.
  • If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar.

Reminder: You must register for classes on the student portal. However, drops, adds, withdrawals, audits, and directed research courses must be requested using the correct paper form found on the Registrar's Office Forms page or in the form display carousel outside the Enrollment Office.

Leaving Springfield this Summer?

  • The Registrar's Office needs your forwarding address, telephone, and email. Please update your contact information on the Student Portal.

FERPA Notification

  • The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records. See the AGTS Student Handbook  for guidelines.

Financial Aid News
  • Summer loan application priority deadline is March 1 and final deadline is April 10. Forms are available on the Student Portal.
  • 2015-16 FAFSA priority deadline is March 1. FAFSA available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov 
  • Loan refund checks for the summer term will be available six weeks after the drop/add period. 
  • AGTS Student Financial Services is located in the EU Riggs Administration building.

Month of April: Will continue her sabbatical research project, "Spiritual Adventuring: Journeying Deeper into the Presence and Power of God," while traveling the West Coast of the U.S.

April 25: Will present a Paper on "'God,' 'The Trinity,' and 'The Spirit' among the First Millennium Christians of Tang Dynasty China: A Translation, Contextual and Theological Analysis'" and will be part of a panel on the translation of "Son of God" for the Evangelical Missions Society--North Central, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, Illinois

April 10-11: Will present a team workshop on the "Role of Faith-Based Organizations in Global Mental Health" with Dr. Brad Smith (Belhaven University) and Dr. Fred Gingrich (Denver Seminary) at the Christian Association of Psychological Studies (CAPS) annual conference in Denver, Colorado

April 22: Will facilitate the third of six events to launch the AGTS Discipleship Network in Seattle, WA. They completed two successful launches in Springfield (January 14) and Washington, DC (March 18). Further launches are planned for Chicago, Illinois, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas, and Sacramento, California.
