New Incomplete Grade Policy

  • Students who wish to request an
    incomplete grade for a class must now use the Incomplete Grade Request Form 
    on the AGTS website.
  • The top of the form must be completed and signed by the student and returned to the instructor no later than the last day of class, December 12.
Spring 2015 Registration
  • Plan to register for Spring 2015 classes before December 12.

Graduation Application Deadlines  

  • Complete and submit the 
    2014-15 graduation Graduation service application to the AGTS Registrar's Office by January 30 if you are planning to graduate in the spring or summer 2015 semester.
  • Students graduating this spring (and those approved to graduate next summer) will all participate in the May 2015 Commencement Service.

New Fillable PDF Forms for Your Convenience

  • Online Registrar's Office forms are now fillable PDF forms. 
  • Rather than print and complete, you can type in the form. 
  • You may be able to sign them electronically if you are able to set up a digital signature.

Student Accounts 

  • Please make sure your student account is paid in full by the end of Fall 2014 term. Students whose accounts are not paid in full cannot complete registration for future semesters.
  • Past due accounts are subject to a $25 per month "Late Payment Fee."
  • To remit a credit/debit card payment via phone or for questions regarding your student account, please contact the AGTS Business Office at (417) 268-1039 or (417) 268-1035.
Financial Registration
  • Financial registration for the Spring 2015 semester will be accessible on the EU Student Portal on Friday, December 5 .

Financial Aid

Spring Financial Registration opens the first week of December. The last day to receive the 1% discount when paying in full is December 23.

 

Offices will be closed December 24 through January 4 for the Christmas holiday so plan ahead. 

 

The AGTS Financial Aid Office is located in the EU Riggs Building, 1st floor. Feel free to come by anytime, or contact Amanda Teel at 417-865-2815, ext. 7512

  • Regular hours resume Friday, December 12
