  • Tuesday, September 23
  • 9:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. in the Seymour Chapel
  • Special guest: Rev. Jennifer Gale, Vice President for Student Life at Valley Forge Christian College
  • All students and employees are encouraged to attend at least two of the three sessions.  
  • Classes will not be in session and all offices will be closed to allow the AGTS community to fast the regular business of the day and give space for God to speak into our lives.
  • Childcare will be provided during the evening service.

Improve Your Writing and Your Grades

  • Register now for RES 531 Academic Writing
  • Half the usual tuition rate: $290.50 instead of $581

Spring Practicums

  • Global Missions Track:
    • Designed for students interested in cross-cultural ministry muslim praying
    • Fits most AGTS degree programs
    • Contact Dr. Paul Lewis about a GMT foreign or domestic practicum
    • Must finalize Spring 2015 practicum in Intercultural Ministry I: August 28-September 5
  • All Other Spring Practicums:
    • Must be approved and processed: September 22-26 or October 6-10
    • Pick up application forms from Randy Walls or Nikki Reeves.
    • Make appointment to see the appropriate practicum professor.

Deferred Payment Dates  
  • Accounts not paid in full on or before the first day of the semester will incur a "Deferred Payment Fee" of $50.
  • Deferred payments (1/3 of term charges remaining after institutional aid is factored in) must be made on or before the following dates: 
    • August 22
    • October 15
    • November 15

Late Payment Fee 

  • Any student account with a debit balance that does not receive payment during a given month will be charged a $25 late payment fee.

Student Refund Checks

  • Students who have a surplus of funds on bills_coins.jpg their accounts after all charges and financial aid has posted will be notified by email when their "refund" checks are available for pick-up.  (Note: photo ID will be required to pick up check.) Checks will be available on or after October 1.

Free Audit for Spouses

  • Spouses of full-time seminarians (9 hours minimum) may audit one class this fall free of charge.
  • See the Registrar's Forms for the spouse audit registration form. Contact Registrar@agts.edu for more information.

Graduation Application Deadlines

  Graduation diploma

Planning to complete all degree requirements by or before August 2015?

 

To graduate in December 2014: Complete and submit the 2014-15 graduation application to the AGTS Registrar's Office by October 30.

  • To graduate in the spring or summer 2015 semester: complete and submit the 2014-15 graduation application to the AGTS Registrars Office by January 30, 2015.
  • Students graduating this fall or next spring (and those approved to graduate next summer) will all participate in the May 2015 Commencement Service.
