Deferred Payment Dates  

  • Deferred payments for the summer semester are May 5, June 15, and July 15.
  • Past due accounts are subject to a $25 per month "Late Payment Fee."

Financial Registration for Summer and Fall

  • If you have not yet completed financial registration for the fall or summer terms, please do so through the Evangel University Student Portal and complete your "Financial Responsibility Agreement" (FRA).  Registration for these terms is not considered finalized until your FRA has been completed. 
  • Accounts paid in full on or before the first day of the semester are eligible for a 1% rebate on net tuition. ("Net tuition" is the tuition charge less tuition discounts and institutional scholarships.)

Summer Registration

  • You may register up to first day of class--May 5.
  • See the course offerings and register on the Student Portal.
  • See the AGTS Registrar's Forms for audits, drops/adds, and withdrawals. 
  • See the AGTS Catalog for Refund Policy for accelerated summer sessions. 

Spring and Summer Grades

Fall  Registration

  • Regular academic registration for current students lasts until
    June 6. 
     
  • You will be assessed a $50.00 late fee after June 6. (The fee will be charged only in cases where students have not entered their schedules for their advisors' approval.)
  • If you are not familiar with the portal registration, please keep in mind that it is a process that takes several days. Please see the portal instructions for more information.
  • You will receive an e-mail from Evangel University's Student Financial Services when you should log back onto the portal and complete the financial registration portion. A $50 late fee will only be assessed if you do not academically register (that is, complete the checklist steps through vehicle registration) until after June 6.

Reminder

  • It is your responsibility to check your AGTS student e-mail account on a regular basis.
  • If you would like information on how to forward e-mail sent to your AGTS e-mail account to your personal e-mail account, please e-mail registrar@agts.edu for instructions.

FERPA Notification

  • The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records.
  • See the AGTS Student Handbook for guidelines.

  • The Library will be open 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and closed on Saturdays from April 26 through May 4.
  • Regular hours resume on Monday, May 5.  

Summer Library Hours 

  • Summer hours go into effect on Monday, May 5. 
    • Monday-Friday,  9:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
    • Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Sunday, Closed  
  • Exceptions to these hours will be posted in advance.
