Final Hogan Lecture 
  • Thursday, December 5 at 2:00 p.m. in the William J. Seymour Chapel 
  • Dr. Joseph Dimitrov, the 2013-2014 J. Philip Hogan Professor of World Missions, will present his final lecture entitled, "God's Image in Man Put Against Christ, the Primal Image: Paul's Foundation for the Believer's Renewal in Colossians 3:10 and Ephesians 4:23-24."
  • Lecture will include a time for Q & A.
  • Reception immediately following the lecture in the Great Hall.
AGTS Cookie Day
  • Wednesday, December 11 in the Great Hall.
  • All students, faculty, and staff are invited
    to enjoy delicious homemade Christmas goodies to celebrate the end of the Fall semester.

Improve Your Writing!  

  • Graduate work can be frustrating if your academic writing competency is not at the level it should be. We recommend the following:
    • Enroll in RES 512 Academic Writing.
    • Receive a total of 13 hours of classroom instruction in a weekend module and up to 20 hours of one-to-one coaching.
    • This one-credit course will be offered in the spring semester at half the regular tuition rate. Be sure to sign up early for spring!  

Military Chaplaincy  

  • Individuals interested in military chaplaincy should enroll in this spring course:
    • PTH 540 "Military Chaplaincy"
    • Wednesdays, 2:00-4:45 p.m.

Account Statements   

  • Please make sure your student account is paid in full by the end of Fall 2013 term. Students whose accounts are not paid in full cannot complete registration for fDollar Signuture semesters.
  • Credit/debit card payments can be submitted by calling the AGTS Business Office at (417)268-1039 or (417) 268-1035.
  • Financial registration for the Spring 2014 semester will be accessible on the EU Student Portal on December 9.  

Spring Endowment Scholarships 

  • Award notifications will be sent out on or before December 15.

           9 a.m.-11 p.m.
  • Fri., December 13:
           9 a.m.- 6 p.m.
  • Regular hours resume Sat., December 15.
Holiday Library Hours library
  • The Library will be open 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (when the AGTS building is open) and closed on Saturdays from December 20-January 4.
  • The Library will be closed the week of December 23-27 and on Wed., January 1.
  • Regular hours resume on Mon., January 6.
