blue color block            Join us on Friday, January 18 from

6-8pm to see how the color BLUE transforms our Margaret "Peg" Bowen Gallery during the Opening Reception for "The Moody Blues!"

Azure, beryl, cerulean, cobalt, corporate blue, cyan, indigo, navy, sapphire, steel blue-many names define the many shades that we associate with BLUEBLUE is nostalgic, universal and a favorite color of many, evoking feelings of trust, dependability, honesty and loyalty. BLUE is often associated with communication, especially one-on-one using our voice to speak the truth. Many artists use it to show perspective - a feeling of distance!
