"PISACHI" UPDATE:

Istrouma Area Council is excited to announce that Kim Barker, an active member of the Bay Council Board of Directors in Galveston, TX, and a guiding force on the National Level as a long-time member of the National Cub Scout Committee, will now be our Opening Speaker at the upcoming "Pisachi" University of Scouting!!

 

Ms. Barker has been instrumental in putting together the NEW Cub Scout Program that will be rolling out on June 1, 2015, and she will be sharing some of the updates, changes, and new "adventures" that are right around the corner for our Cub Scouts and leaders at our Opening Ceremony at 8 a.m.!

 

And because Ms. Barker has only recently been added to our agenda, the "Early Bird" fee of $15.00 per participant has now been extended to the end of the business day on Tuesday, January 20th, so please take a look at the link below with all the information on the sessions available, and submit your registration form TODAY for the 2015 "Pisachi" University of Scouting scheduled for Saturday, January 24th.

REMINDER: Webcasts on the New Cub Scouting Program

A new Cub Scouting program is launching June 1, 2015, that will be more fun and exciting for boys, and easier to implement for unit leaders. To ensure you are ready to make the transition, a number of webcasts will be hosted tomorrow on January 17 to outline the coming changes, how to prepare, and when resources will be available.
