THE WEEK IN REVIEW

As a member of Colorado Concern you are a part of the single most prominent business organization in the Centennial State.  I couldn't be more honored to be named as the new Executive Director and to join in the effort of building the nation's best business environment.

I first became acquainted with Colorado Concern as a state senator.  Because of its strong pro-business agenda, backed by the rather unparalleled advocacy of Colorado's most prominent CEOs, it absolutely was a force to be reckoned with and remains so today.  And we can make it even stronger.

Advancing a robust business and jobs climate is the main thing.  Our website's banner says it all: Colorado Concern is "Strategic. United. Committed.  For a Strong Business Environment." A straightforward and lean regulatory environment, low tax policy, ease of market entry, a legal environment marked by common sense, great roads to facilitate commerce, ample water resources and abundant energy; these all stand as pillars of the vibrant economy we want to grow.

In the weeks ahead, I will be reaching out to you and to all our members to not only thank you for your investment in our organization and support for our agenda, but to get your ideas about how we can continue to move Colorado Concern forward. I look forward to visiting.

In the meantime, please call me at the office at 303-860-1201, on my cell phone at 303-929-9349, or email me anytime at [email protected].

I am grateful for your support and optimistic about what the future holds for our great state.

Sincerely yours,

Mike Kopp
