COLUMBUS, OHIO, February 24, 2016 - The Gilbert Group is pleased to announce the following properties for which they are now providing project leasing services and/or property management services. Excess Space at Burlington Coat Factory | Columbus, Ohio

The Gilbert Group has been engaged by Devonshire REIT, a private real estate investment trust, to market 22,000 square feet of excess space in the existing 90,700 square foot building. Burlington Coat Factory will remain and occupy the bulk of the space.  The property, located at 3575 West Dublin Granville Road, is extremely well located just off the intersection of Sawmill Road. The trade area is highlighted with the following neighboring users:  Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Nordstrom Rack, Target, REI and Meijer.

The Gilbert Group has been retained by Devonshire REIT to market the Plaza Shopping Center located at 1165-1283 Memorial Drive in Lancaster, Ohio.  This 188,057 square foot center is anchored by a 76,760 square foot Carnival Foods, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Family Dollar and Rent-A-Center.
