The Gilbert Group Lists Multiple Retail Assets in Ohio 
COLUMBUS, OHIO, August 11, 2015 -
The Gilbert Group Inc., Real Estate is pleased to announce the listing of multiple prominent retail assets in Ohio. See below for an inventory of the recently listed properties.  Feel free to click on the corresponding picture for a full marketing package. 

Fourwinds is a new retail development located on State Route 36/37 just off of the I-71 interchange in Sunbury, Ohio.  This 8,850 square foot multi-tenant project is the latest by Gallas Zadeh Development.  Delivery is expected Summer 2016.

  

Consisting of spaces from 1,500 square feet and larger, this development is in close proximity to the brand new 400,000 square foot Tanger/Simon Outlet Mall. The center experiences extremely strong traffic counts along I-71 at 52,000 vehicles per day.  Other nearby retailers include: Starbucks, Panera, Taco Bell, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, Bob Evans, Wendy's, Cracker Barrel and Arby's.

Smith's Mill Shoppes and Offices is a 50 acre mixed-use development located in New Albany, Ohio.  The site sits on State Route 62 just off the Route 161 interchange near the New Albany Business Park (4 million square feet and more than 9,000 employees) and Mount Carmel Surgical Hospital.

 

A 122 room Courtyard by Marriott hotel recently opened with a 119 unit Hampton Inn hotel nearing the final phases of construction. 50,000 square feet of medical/office space is also currently under development on the site. Other users committed to the project are: New Albany Ballet Company, Turkey Hill and Dairy Queen. 

 

A 10,000 square foot multi-tenant retail building is planned with spaces from 1,305 to 5,000 square feet available. Opportunities for a large patio or drive-thru are available.

Hill Road Plaza is a 90,040 square foot shopping center located at 1111-1121 Hill Road (SR 256) in Pickerington, Ohio.  The property sits at the busiest intersection (SR 256 and Refugee Road) in Pickerington with adjacent grocers Kroger and Giant Eagle located on opposite corners.  It also sits in front of a brand new Ohio Health Medical Complex.  The traffic counts in front of the center exceed 46,500 vehicles per day.

 

Hill Road Plaza is anchored by Big Lots and Planet Fitness with other strong co-tenants including: GNC, Papa John's, Genji Go, Hothead Burrito, ReMax, UPS Store, Jersey Mike's and Scrambler Marie's.

Troy Retail Development is yet another retail development project by Gallas Zadeh Development. The site sits just off of I-75 in Troy, which is approximately 25 miles north of Dayton, Ohio. The project is a 6,018 square foot out parcel building in front of Meijer facing the intersection of West Main Street and South Stanfield Road. 

   

Chick-Fil-A has already committed to this project leaving between 1,600 and 2,016 square feet for a non-food user. Delivery is expected 1st quarter of 2016.  This project is in close proximity to Meijer, Lowe's, Walmart, Kohl's and adjacent to a Chipotle, Panera and Aspen Dental center.

Glennwood Commons is a 400,000 square foot development on Route 36/37 in Delaware, Ohio.  We are marketing a 14-acre parcel in between the anchors Meijer and Kohl's.  Other co-tenancy includes: OfficeMax, Dollar Tree, Pet Supplies Plus, Famous Footwear, Maurice's, Hibbett Sports, AAA, Sleep Outfitters, Verizon and Aspen Dental.


Delaware is 20 miles north of downtown Columbus. Delaware County is the fastest growing county in Ohio and soon will be the home of a 400,000 square foot Simon/Tanger outlet mall.

The property sits just north of I-70 along a corridor that includes anchor tenants such as Target, Walmart Supercenter, Sam's Club, Marshall's, Best Buy, Babies 'R Us and Gander Mountain.

Reynoldsburg Commons is a 10,549 square foot multi-tenant retail building located at 6144 - 6156 East Main Street in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.  This center has highly desirable architectural features and incredible street presence, which separate it from the nearby competition.  Demographically, there are just under 100,000 people within a 3-mile radius of the project.
