Eldon Blust Joins 1st Choice Realty
1st Choice Realty announced today that Eldon Blust has joined their organization an Associate Broker. Eldon was formerly part owner and Broker-in-Charge of Integrity Realty, Inc., a firm he founded in 2005, located in Seneca, South Carolina. Building on his thirty year career as a senior level marketing and development executive in the telecommunications industry, Eldon has been a South Carolina licensed and practicing real estate professional since 2000. "I found that being 'in-Charge' of something gave me a lot less time to spend working as closely with my clients as they needed", he said.
Bringing buyers and sellers together is where Eldon excels. "This isn't a zero sum game", he said. "When a transaction is structured as a win - win, both buyer and seller perceive added value. That's a space where I really enjoying working."
Real estate marketing isn't about taking stunning photos, flying the latest drone or writing flowering prose about a property and its virtues. That can all be hired out.
