 An Evening of Romance & Rolling
Sushi Rolling Date Night, Aug. 7 at Thalatta Estate Park, connects couples through a culinary experience that combines traditional creation of sushi rolls and a unique twist: we use some of your favorite home cooked meals, rolled into a gourmet, bite-size roll -- not your typical rollo maki roll!
For a fee of $90, each couple will experience fun, hands-on instruction on preparing four unique shushi rolls of their own, choosing select popular ingredients such as black beans and rice, sweet plantains, risotto, quinoa, saut�ed beef, and black organic rice. The setting is the romantic and historic Thalatta Estate Park overlooking beautiful Biscayne Bay (underneath our covered patio area). Your Shushi culinary experience includes:
- 1 rolling station per couple to prepare 4 shushi rolls
- A cutting board
- Rolling-shushi mat
- Soy paper
- Sushi rice
- A protein of choice
- Vegetables of choice
- Containers for the food
- Cutting knife
- Plates
- Garnish for food d�cor
- Sauces, and
- Beverage to accompany sushi
