Count the Many Blessings...
It is my honor to present this Mayor's Message. Allow me to thank everyone for the opportunity to serve our community once again. This time of year, we count the many blessings we enjoy. Our traditional holiday season begins with the huge community activity throughout Palmetto Bay for Trick or Treating at Halloween, moving on to Thanksgiving and now on to Chanukah and Christmas. This edition of the e-Currents provides notification of these remaining holiday events and charitable opportunities. I invite you to participate. I want to thank the volunteers, members of our committees, Village staff, and Council members for their energy, dedication, and vision. Enjoy your holidays. We are going to get off to a running start with the New Year. Our opportunities for success improve with your participation. Reach out and get involved in 2015. Send me and e-mail or call me cell phone at 305-302-3717. Happy holidays!
~ Mayor Eugene P. Flinn
