to all who donated to School Tools Collection!
As I entered the large room at Saint Paul Area Council of Churches I was amazed at the sorted piles of school supplies that had already been turned in by 11:00 am this morning. Enthusiastic teens and young adults where there to unload and carry the donated supplies to the proper place.
Stacks of back packs, note books, tablets, packages of pencils, pens and markers where neatly stac
ked. These folks were eagerly waiting for the next delivery. It was truly fun and inspiring to be a small part of this outreach.
Thank you to each of you who donated to this worthy cause enabling low income and homeless students to start school with materials that will help them feel more like the other students that enter the school
doors next week. You can be proud.
I hope I have conveyed a little of the inspirational feeling I had this morning to you. This is one out-reach St. Paul's on-the-Hill is involved.
