Self Care!
Weekly Tips to Help You Create the Life You Desire
An Apology

Ooops!

I'm sorry for sending two e-mails in one day but it was pointed out to me (by a very kind subscriber) that
the link to Change Your Music Change Your Mood was in error. I've corrected it below!

Tune in for next week's tip on admitting your mistakes and not dwelling on feeling foolish! I also may add a playlist  for when this happens.

Tip of the Week

Mood Changing Music

Need to change your mood? A quick way to do this is to play music that represents the state of mind you would like.

Example:
  • Feeling lazy?   Try some 60s dance music a la the Temptations.
  • Feeling down?   How about some inspirational songs?
  • Need to relax?   Play some new age piano or guitar music, easy jazz, or classical.

Self care is being able to recognize when you would like a change in mood and then changing it.
