LEED Education at NESEA's BE15: 3/3/15

 

USGBC MA volunteer experts will lead two sessions this year at BuildingEnergy15!

 

If you are ready for a deep dive into LEED v4, come out to our two, three-hour workshops in Boston during the educational "workshop" Tuesday of the conference.

Advocacy Forum: March 19th 8-10am

 


Our Green Breakfast Club in March will focus on advocacy, an important realm of our activities as a Chapter.

We will have presentations on our key advocacy issues for 2015, and a recap of past and continuing efforts on secondary advocacy issues. We have some great interdisciplinary organizations working on advocacy this with us this year, including IBEW, ELM, and PACENow. This will be a great event to learn more about the issues and what you can do for the Chapter, the Commonwealth and the environment!

Come Learn about GPRO - 3/6/15 10am-12pm

 

USGBC Massachusetts is partnering with Urban Green Council to bring GPRO to Massachusetts. GPRO: Green Professional Building Skills Training is a certificate program that teaches the principles of sustainability & green construction to the people who build and operate buildings.

 

To launch this exciting initiative, we are holding an information session at our headquarters in Boston for local leaders in the building sustainability community. Ellen Honigstock, Urban Green's Director of Education Development will lead this session and be available to answer any questions you may have.
