Those of you who have been to Cafe Lotus know that it is a rather compact restaurant in downtown Fairfax. So we are all eagerly awaiting the opening of our outdoor patio.

Meet Amba Sroa
Amba is the general manager of Lotus Cuisine of India and has been working at our flagship restaurant since it's inception back in 1999.
Having always been in love with Indian cuisine, Amba is proud to offer Marin County the very best Indian food money can buy.
When he is not serving customers at Lotus Amba is usually at home with his wife and children.
Lotus is a family-owned Indian eatery. Amba is also the nephew of owner Surinder Sroa.
