Lotus Chaat Cooking Class in January

Our popular Indian Cooking Classes will continue on every last Monday of the month. The first class for this year will be held on

Monday night, January 30, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Join us and learn how to prepare these dishes:

Matter Paneer (Peas and Home made Cheese)
Aloo Gobi (Potatoes and Cauliflower)

As always, participants will be served a full meal of all the dishes we prepared. Everyone also receives copies of the recipes.

Cost per participant is only $35. Our classes usually fill up quickly so if you're interested be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible.
