Children's Week 2013 is taking place April 8 -12, 2013. Each year, Early Childhood Centers, homes and schools, involved with the Early Learning Coalitions of Florida, participate in the time-honored exhibition of "Hanging of the Hands," where works of art are hung throughout the Capitol Rotunda, in Washington, DC.
