Bishop's Spring Conference for Clergy, Lay Professionals & Spouses, May 4-6, Shrine Mont

Foundation Cristosal is a faith based human rights organization in El Salvador that works to bring Salvadorans and North Americans together to make a positive impact on the world. This summer, a new opportunity will be offered to interested youth between the ages of 16 and 19 to learn about youth leadership and activism in international human rights. The Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society is now accepting applications for grants that focus on on new or revitalized efforts in domestic poverty ministry. Areas of ministry might include community development; early childhood development; education for children, youth or adults; health; homelessness/affordable housing; hunger; microbusiness and/or entrepreneurship; and racial reconciliation. Episcopal Arts Series: Magnificat

 

The Episcopal Art Series of the Diocese of Virginia is proud to present Magnificat, live in concert on Wed., April 15, in Richmond.  

 

Magnificat is one of the world's premier vocal ensembles,internationally acclaimed for its sophisticated, historically-informed performance of Renaissance choral masterpieces. Equally at home in concert hall and recording studio, the ensemble has established a reputation for innovative programming, presenting previously undiscovered works alongside familiar repertoire in a fresh context.
