Diocesan Annual Giving Workshops
Members of the diocesan Committee on Stewardship will facilitate workshops on annual giving using The Episcopal Network for Stewardship's 2014 materials, "Walking the Way." The first workshop will take place June 21 at St. James', Warrenton. For other dates, visit the diocesan events calendar. Diocesan Planned Giving Workshop - July 12, Grace, Kilmarnock Facilitated by Karl Mattison, executive director of the Presbyterian Endowment Education & Resource Network, this workshop will discuss how planned gifts to the church help ensure a future that will help serve as a testament of your values for generations. The Diocesan Committee on Stewardship provides workshops to parishes on a variety of stewardship topics. Workshops this summer will focus on planned giving and annual giving campaigns. The Association of Anglican Musicians will host a Clergy Day at Virginia Theological Seminary on June 18, with a special panel discussion and guest speaker the Rev. Dr. Francis Wade. The theme of the day will be "Clergy and Musicians: A Shared Ministry." Learn more and register. Celebrate the ministry of all women on the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of Women's Ordination with the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania at Temple University in Philadelphia, July 26.
