Jump Start Workshop: "Pursuing Renewal & Vitality in the Midst of Change"

The Diocese of Virginia, in conjunction with the Episcopal Church Building Fund and All Saints, Richmond, invites you to a one-day workshop to address how your congregation can Jump Start itself to a more vibrant, vital, and authentic community of faith. Our speakers include:
  • The Rt. Rev. Susan Goff, bishop suffragan of the Diocese of Virginia
  • Julia Groom, president of Episcopal Church Building Fund
  • Sally O'Brian, vice president of Episcopal Church Building Fund
  • Garth Larcen, executive director and general manager of Positive Vibe Café
  • The Rev. Brent Melton, rector of All Saints Episcopal Church, Richmond

The workshop is an opportunity to think creatively about how to be a church of the future.  You will hear presentations that will produce urgency and hope by shedding light on your church's challenges and opportunities for mission.  And you will have the opportunity to engage with others who are eager to pursue a ministry of renewal and vitality in the midst of change.  We look forward to lay leaders and clergy from across the diocese joining in this important conversation.

Registration includes all materials and lunch, catered by Positive Vibe Café.
