Hotel Reservations - DEADLINE TODAY!
The Marriott is full on Friday night but has space available for Thursday night. The Hilton Garden Inn has limited space available for both nights, but is filling quickly!

Nominations - DEADLINE TODAY!

Nominations are being accepted for General Convention deputation, Standing Committee, Diocesan Missionary Society, Provincial Synod, Virginia Diocesan Homes, Trustees of the Funds and Bloomfield.

Resolution and Canonical Amendment Submission - DEADLINE TODAY!

All submissions after Jan. 8 must be made from the floor of Council, with 600 paper copies provided. These must be accepted by a two-thirds vote from Council members.

Annual Reports - DEADLINE TODAY!

All regions, committees, commissions and related organizations of the Diocese must submit an annual report to Bill Martin: bmartin@thediocese.net.

Packet of Council Materials Available - Thursday, Jan. 9
A packet of Council materials will be available for print or download on Thursday afternoon on the Council website.

Registration - Friday, Jan. 10
After Jan. 10, registrations will be processed onsite.

Pre-Council Open Hearings - Saturday, January 11
We'll gather at Epiphany, Oak Hill, for Open Hearings on resolutions submitted to date and the proposed budget. Registration is not required. 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

Awards Nominations - Wednesday, January 15

Award nominations are being accepted for the Bishop's Outreach Award (for groups), the Harriet "Happy" Pullman Award (for individuals in mission and outreach) and the Biggar-Power Award for Ministry with the Aging. Learn more.

Camper registration opens on Tuesday, Jan. 14! Visit the camp website to find out about session dates and prices.

Applications for all staff positions are now available. We're hiring counselors, nurses, chaplains and support staff. In addition, we're looking for a few great camp directors for Senior High Youth Camp, Explorers' Camp and Music & Drama Camp.
