Applications for the Episcopal Church 2013 Jubilee Ministry grants are now being accepted. A Jubilee Ministry is one whose mission work affects the lives of those in need, addressing basic human needs and justice issues. The deadline to apply is Dec. 13. For more information, see this announcement from the Episcopal Church or check out their Facebook page.

If your church is going on a mission trip this month or next, please e-mail Megan-Drew Tiller in the Office of Mission and Outreach (intern@thediocese.net) so that we can add you to our prayer list!

In the last month, four churches in the Diocese have taken mission trips to Haiti. Many support the Haiti Micah Project, and other churches have parish-to-parish ministries with churches there. How is your church involved in ministry with Haiti? Please send your stories and photos to Megan-Drew Tiller in the Office of Mission and Outreach (intern@thediocese.net).

The second cycle of the Bible Challenge, the year-long challenge to read the Bible to completion, is about to come to an end. The third cycle will begin later in 2014, so stay tuned for more info!
