Young Adult Intern ProgramAre you a young adult who wants to gain valuable work experience while engaging in community? St. Andrew's School, the Anna Julia Cooper Episcopal School, the Peter Paul Development Center, the William Byrd Community House, Grace & Holy Trinity Church and the Diocese of Virginia will all serve as host work sites for the inaugural, 2013-2014 season of Grace-on-the-Hill, a brand new initiative from St. Andrew's Church, Richmond and the Diocese. Grace-on-the-Hill is a 10-month residential program during which 5-6 interns live together in intentional Christian community following a Rule of Life grounded in common prayer and meals, simplicity, and service in an urban environment. Residents work about 25 hours a week on staff in a local non-profit organization, school or church ministry, and have time each week dedicated to spiritual reflection, vocational discernment and leadership formation. Grace-on-the-Hill is currently receiving applications. Learn more and help us spread the word!
