Pre-Council Open Hearings All members of Council are encouraged to attend the Pre-Council Open Hearings on amendments, resolutions and budget on Saturday, January 12 at 10 a.m. at Christ Church, Glen Allen.

Advance registration for Council closes on January 11! Register online to pay by credit card, or download and print a form to pay by check.
Choir
Would you like to be part of the diocesan choir for the Council Eucharist at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, January 25? Last year we had a choir of 85 singers and we hope to beat that number for 2013. There will be two rehearsals prior to council: January 5 at the Bishops' Chapel at Roslyn in Richmond (1-3 p.m.) and
January 12 at Virginia Theological Seminary in Addison Hall (1-3 p.m.). To participate, please contact Ellen Johnston at ellenjohnston95@hotmail.com.
Nominations, Submissions and Annual Reports
The Council office is receiving nominations, submissions of resolutions and amendments, and annual reports from all committees, commissions and related organizations through January 10.
