  • Bishop Johnston will ordain the following men and women to the priesthood this Saturday, December 15 at the Falls Church, Falls Church: Jo J. Belser, Laura Doud  Cochran, David Malcom Crosby, Megan Limburg, Robert Lee Morris II, Bernard Cayce Ramey, Amy Lynn Spagna, Leslie Nuez Steffensen and Andrew Bennett Terry. All are welcome at the 10:30 a.m. service.

Roslyn Conference and Retreat Center in Richmond is pleased to offer another complimentary overnight retreat to clergy in the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia. Offered at no cost to all Episcopal clergy of the Diocese and their spouses, this mid-week retreat is a great opportunity for reflection and rest. Meals are included. A spiritual director will be onsite during the retreat, which is made possible by generous gifts to Roslyn's Program Fund. The Diocese of Maryland will offer a six-week session on Sin, Suffering and the Savior: New Insights on Sin, the Passion and Redemption for Pastors, Preachers and Prayers. The course, which takes place on Thursdays from January 24 through February 28, is led by the Rt. Rev. Eugene Taylor Sutton and the Rev. Dr. Amy Richter.  Learn more.
