I have been requested to make
Coq au Vin this week, comfort food at its best! Plump chicken, steeped in red wine and scented with mushrooms and pearl onions and served with parslied, steamed potatoes.
For starters we will offer
Escargot bathed in parsley, garlic and butter nestled in a puff pastry box. $9

We haven't made Crème Brûlée in awhile
