Greetings Everyone!
We have been busy around The Market the past several days, five beautiful evergreen trees were installed outside of the back garden to make the space a bit more intimate for next summer's al fresco dining!
Yesterday Chris got up on the ladder and hung fresh garland and lights across the front of the building, it looks great. Next week I will start decorating the dining room for the holidays. I am sorry I don't have the pictures here to show you.
Tony and Sara were busy filling orders for Quiche Lorraine, Pots Pies and Frosted Vanilla Bean Cookies. Next week Tony will make Beef Bourguignon to add to the freezer case.
Wednesday Chef Bill Lyons executed a delicious menu for us and got rave reviews! He will be repeating the effort tomorrow night and we would love to have you. It is not too late to reserve for Sat. Nov. 17, we need your business, and you won't be sorry.

Garden Salad of Mixed Greens, Dried Cranberries and Toasted Walnuts in a Sherry Dijon Vinaigrette $7 Swiss Chard and Goat Cheese Timbale with a Tomato Basil Vinaigrette (served hot) $8
Main Course Filet of Salmon with a Red Wine Butter Sauce over Orzo Pasta with Tiny Diced Vegetables, Spiky Carrots and Snow Peas or Steak au Poivre with Cognac Cream Sauce $17.95 Your choice of main course would be requested with your reservation.
Dessert Lemon Mousse with Blackberry Coulis $6
