Filet of Salmon with a Lemon Tarragon Buerre Blanc  over Sauteed Baby Spinach and capped with a
Puff Pastry Lid, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and
Seasonal Vegetable Garnish $17.95

If you don't eat Salmon, please request our alternative when reserving, it will be an Herb Marinated Seared and Roasted Chicken Breast with the same sauce as above.

Dessert
Fresh Gingerbread with Whipped Cream Lemon Curd $6
