Tasha Lewis, whose mom Tina (pictured on SHARE's program guide cover) was a dedicated SHARE Ambassador until her death in October 2013.
|
At SHARE we advocate to bring about better health care and improved quality of life for women with breast and ovarian cancers. Our Ambassador Program reaches out specifically to women in underserved communities. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), African American women have the highest breast cancer death rates of all racial and ethnic groups and are 40% more likely to die of breast cancer than white women. Give today and support our Ambassador Program that educates, advocates and supports women in underserved communities.

Pink and Teal Seminars Make a Difference
|
"I have had many employees come up to me, thanking me for having such a nice seminar. I really think that you were able to connect with our staff on a personal level, and to encourage them to seek preventative care. As long as we can help at least one person, we can definitely make a difference!!" --Arielle Desoucey, Novotel
Employers have had so many good things to say about Pink and Teal. Why not give your boss something to praise? Please email Arlene Matlick for information about how to bring Pink and Teal to your workplace.
