October Awareness News

New Opportunities to Spread the Word

Greetings!

September was a busy month for the SADS Foundation and our volunteers!  And we're excited to say that it's not over yet!  Thanks to thte efforts of you--our SADS volunteers--we have successfully passed a resolution declaring October national Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month. As a member of the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Coalition, SADS has worked to ensure the passage of this resolution and we look forward to working with you to make SCA Awareness Month a notable and successful campaign.

We'd like to use this opportunity to continue to spread the word about SADS warning signs, risk assessment and our recommendations for SADS Safe Schools.  This month we have some great ideas to help raise awareness in our communities.  Check out our new volunteer opportunities below. With your help, together we can save lives!
