 Action (your spiritual exercise routine for the week): Get in touch with your wildest dreams, part 2. Grab a pen and paper and take some time to write about your most joy-filled life, considering your health (mental, physical, emotional), career, creative expression, relationships, financial well-being, and spiritual and personal growth. Dream freely and write in stream of consciousness, or bullet points if you prefer. Focus on the feelings that your dreams inspire within you as you write. Have fun with it, and put no limits on what your heart speaks to you. If you have the book "Inspired and Unstoppable," please refer to #3 on page 295 for more guidance. Affirmation (repeat liberally): "The entire universe loves me, serves me, nurtures me, and wants me to prosper."
