I know it wasn't sent intentionally to hurt my feelings, but it is hard enough being the first Holiday Season without him. I didn't expect to be getting cards addressed to us both."

(Action and Affirmation)
 Action (your spiritual exercise routine for the week): Get in touch with your wildest dreams. Focus and reflect on the following question: "What does wild success feel like for me?" If you were living your dreams today, what sort of feelings would you experience? (i.e. "I feel joy, exhilaration, ease, fun, creative, love..." etc.). List as many feelings that come to you. Be sure to take some time to get quiet, and FEEL these feelings you identify. No reason to wait until some day. You can feel your success and your dreams right now. Affirmation (repeat liberally): "It's who I think I am that creates who I end up being." And your special assignment from Reverend Cherie this week: Try a new food, and pay attention to your experience as you do it. Remember to use your tracking sheets each day, and give yourself gold stars at church, on the chart in fellowship hall on Sunday. - Coach Barrie |
