"I held the envelope and stared at it for what seemed like an eternity.  Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Townsend - the line pierced my heart.  I know it wasn't sent intentionally to hurt my feelings, but it is hard enough being the first Holiday Season without him.  I didn't expect to be getting cards addressed to us both."

This is your spiritual exercise routine for the week): Get to know your Christ-inspired self.  Ask in daily, perpetual prayer "I want to know my Christed self." Listen for answers.  Meditate on this.  Reflect.  Write about it every day.  And repeat the affirmations...

 

"I know my Christ-inspired self.  I AM my Christed self.  I live my Christed self."

 

Repeat liberally.
