WE HAVE LAND!!
Great news! Entitlement paperwork was filed on April 17, 2015 with the city of Pleasanton for Sunflower Hill at Irby Ranch, a proposed 40-unit residential community for individuals with special needs.

Our proposed development is part of a larger residential project envisioned by Concentric Development on land commonly referred to as the Zia and Irby properties - just off Stanley Blvd. in Pleasanton, north of the downtown area. Special thanks to Mike Serpa of Concentric Development for believing in the Sunflower Hill vision!

This location was once the site of the much beloved dairy in Pleasanton - which will be honored and illustrated in the Sunflower Hill site design. The goal is to not only provide life-long residential opportunities, but social activities and vocational training in an atmosphere akin to 'senior living.'

If approved, it will also be the first affordable, intentional special needs community in the Tri-Valley and one of the first in Northern California!

We're thrilled to be working with MidPen Housing as our affordable housing partner. And our beautiful design is courtesy of Dahlin Architects of Pleasanton.

We look forward to working with Concentric Development, the city of Pleasanton staff, Planning Commission and City Council over the next few months on the review and approval process. Read more about the Irby Ranch development and our planned community on our website
