Board of Directors Nominations
Nominate a community leader that you know to GSNCA's board of directors. Help our council further it's Mission of building girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place.
Troop 10073 from Service Unit 30 in New Market partnered with a local accounting firm and decorated a tree with ornaments made by the girls. The ornaments highlighted the financial themed badges girls at all levels can earn during the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Be sure to look for their tree on the Tinsel Trail in Huntsville!

TAKE TWO Challenge
Take Two Challenge

We are asking every Girl Scout troop to TAKE TWO more girls! If every troop takes two we could offer the Girl Scout experience to thousands of girls waiting on placement into a troop. Participating in this campaign is quite simple, just:

  1. Download the official rules and entry from our website
  2. TAKE TWO extra girls between Nov 15 - Dec 15
  3. Print off a GSNCA director's cut board to use in your video
  4. Create a video and upload it to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube or Instagram with #GSNCATAKETWO
  5. Troops should sing a portion of their favorite Girl Scout song in the video
  6. Challenge at least 2 other troops to "TAKE TWO"

All troops who take two will receive $15 in Girl Scout green bucks to be used at the council shop or programs. They will also be placed in a drawing to win $250 green bucks!

If your troop doesn't TAKE TWO, we encourage you to donate $30 to GSNCA to provide Girl Scout membership for two girls.
