The Latest on UAccess Learning

You've seen us talk about the new enterprise-level learning management system for employees. Well, now it has a name! UAccess Learning will be the newest addition to the UAccess family.

Lo Que Pasa featured an article about UAccess Learning this week. You'll find lots of good nuggets about the project there.

And we are delighted to let you know that we have added a discussion forum for UAccess Learning to the UAccess Community. Feel free to join us to ask questions, get access to videos and sneak peeks as we post them, and stay up to date on the latest.

2014 UAccess Symposium Wrap Up

By all accounts - but mostly based on your written feedback - this year's Symposium was a rousing success!

There were 336 people in attendance at various points throughout the day, participating in 12 different presentations given by fifteen of your colleagues from across campus. In the days following Symposium, we received 105 responses through our online Evaluation form. Of those responses, an even 90 people had either a Very Favorable or Favorable impression of the event, and 14 people had a Fair impression. Only one person was unimpressed, giving us a Poor rating.

Of that same group of 105 respondents, 87 agreed they would surely be back next year, and another 14 were unsure. Only two people will definitely not be coming back. It's difficult to imagine, but they apparently didn't find the information or presentations to be of use. That's okay. We can't please everyone. But we can try.

The UAccess Symposium team has already met for a Lessons Learned / Wrap Up session. We've put together a timeline for next year to make sure that we come back even bigger, better, and more successful in 2015 than we were this year. See you on April 28, 2015!
