UAccess Employee Electronic MSS I-9 is live!
Have you been waiting for the I-9 form to be electronic? No more waiting, it's here! If you'd like training on the new process, you can view our online presentation here at your own convenience. No more paper I-9s! Welcome to the future.
Outlook Calendaring Workshop!
The Outlook Advanced Topics workshop we offer has been very popular, but the one thing we always receive requests for is a class specifically on calendaring. This workshop covers topics from choosing the correct type of calendar entry to mastering the Scheduling Assistant, setting up recurring meetings and reminders, and working with multiple calendars. We also cover finding and using shared calendars, understanding calendar permissions and privacy, and delegating a calendar, not to mention a number of tips and tricks to make your calendaring life easier and more efficient.

Enterprise Learning Management is Coming Soon!
Implementation of the enterprise-level system to administer and track employee and student training is underway! In fact, we just started our first pilot.

Right now, four departments are adding training classes to the enterprise learning management catalog. As of early June, the new system will be the official system of record for these trainings: Human Resources' New Employee Orientation, Financial Services Office's hands-on classes, University Information Technology Services' UAccess and Outlook training, and the Vice President for Research's Conflict of Interest training. That means that you will go to the new system to register for or look up records for all of those classes.

Demos and additional presentations will be coming soon. But, in the meantime, you can visit the resource page on the UAccess Community here and add yourself to the email list to keep up to date.
Tips & Tricks
Ever wonder how to tell the difference between a table and a pivot table in Analytics? Steve Singkofer shows us how to tell the difference at a glance here

UAccess Financials has a lot of acronyms and special entries, but you don't have to memorize them all! Check out this discussion for a reminder on how you can see the codes in Financials.

Add your tips and tricks to any discussion group or on the Tips & Tricks threads and they might be featured in next month's newsletter!

We want to introduce a couple of folks who have earned recognition by helping their colleagues out by answering questions and helping out where needed. We also have a member who earned his Silver Star this month!

Although Ravneet Chadha is part of EIA and can't earn a star, we'd like to highlight his efforts. He often chimes in on discussions and keeps them rolling. He's always eager to help and has useful information. Thank you for your contributions, Ravneet! It's very much appreciated.

Ronald E. Roberts is quite active in the community and his humorous discussion titles are quite a hit. For keeping us all laughing, you earn a Silver star this month. Keep it up, Ron. Thank you for your contributions!

You can find details about the Star Members program in the Welcome Center. And if you're interested in nominating a colleague, let us know.
