2014 UAccess Symposium - Call for Presentations

The 2014 UAccess Symposium is less than six months away. Scheduled for April 1, 2014 in the North Ballroom at the Student Union, the Symposium will bring together Business Managers, Financial Managers, UAccess system experts and UAccess system users in a day-long series of presentations, talks, questions, and answers. If you have an idea for a presentation you'd like to give, or perhaps a presentation you'd like to see, please go to our web page on the UAccess Community (http://community.uaccess.arizona.edu/events/2014-uaccess-symposium) and submit your ideas by January 15th using the short form on the left side of the page. We're looking forward to being able to offer between six and nine presentations for our second Symposium. It all depends on you, your interest, and your participation! Please join in!

Outlook Calendaring Workshop

We're happy to announce that in January we are beginning to offer hands-on workshops on Microsoft Outlook 2010 for Windows - Calendaring! The Advanced Topics workshop we offer has been very popular, but the one thing we always receive requests for is a class specifically on calendaring. This workshop will cover a range of topics like choosing the correct type of calendar entry, mastering the Scheduling Assistant, setting up recurring meetings and reminders, working with multiple calendars, finding and using shared calendars, understanding calendar permissions and privacy, calendar delegation, and a number of tips and tricks to make your calendaring life easier and more efficient.

Seats will go quickly and we have a limited number, so sign up here soon!
