Analyst News
NCT Numbers
Gentle reminder that as of January 1, 2014, it is mandatory to report the ClinicalTrials.gov registration number (NCT) on claims for items and services provided in the context of a clinical trial. CRAO Analysts will often locate and send the NCT #'s to Study Teams during the review process but unfortunately cannot upload them into the IRB application.
The upload must be done by the study team.
If the NCT #  is omitted our claim for services will not fully adjudicate or may be denied payment.
