         Do you wake up stiff in the morning?
Back Pain is the #1 reason Americans go to the doctor.

 
The funny thing about back is, the source of the pain in your back  is rarely in your back.  Typical treatments are back braces, exercises, rest, and if that doesn't work, injections followed by surgery.
"Bad backs" have become "big business."  According to a recent article on WebMD, Americans spend nearly $86 billion a year on their aching backs.  Yet for all those dollars spent there has been no improvement in how patients fare overall, say researchers in a University of Washington study that compared reports from 1997 through 2005.  "The truth is, we may have oversold what we have to offer," says Richard A. Deyo, M.D., professor of evidence-based family medicine at Oregon Health & Science University.  "We're using tests and treatments more widely than the science really supports."  We  are treating symptoms and not causes.
Here is the best diagnostic approach to relief. 
99% of all low back pain is caused by tight hips and thighs. Mid back pain is caused by forward head posture and short chest muscles.
