Well November was no less busy than October but we got through it all step by step.  

The Search For Spirit Open House was a great success and it was so nice to see so many of you.  It's often hard to find time to reconnect with everyone because everyone is so busy with their own lives.  So I am grateful for all 0f you that made time to come and share food and time with us. 

Rudy is still struggling but we are keeping him as comfortable as possible until the end.

We seem to be in demand at Shout Sister and have done many concerts.  We brought in $7000.00 in ticket sales and donations to help bring a Syrian family to Kingston.  It feels good to be part of helping others in this small way.   We have yet another concert coming up for the Food Mission.  We will be at Krock on New Years Eve.

The year is winding down but Christmas is coming quickly.  I guess that becomes the priority in the next few weeks.  We will be hosting 3 separate dinners this year in a short period of time but I don't mind.  It will be nice to be surrounded by family.  I'll stay in the day and keep the stress down. 

So my message this month to you is enjoy who and what is here right now.  Don't worry about what you don't have or can't get to or can't afford.  There are tons of deals, free things and more out there.  You just have to look around. 

Keep the joy in the Christmas season.  Reach out, share love, compassion, and caring.  And remember take care of you too.  Give yourself what you need.

THOUGHTS BECOME CREATIVE IN 17 SECONDS.  

I thought that this month, I would remind you of how important what we say and think is in the creative process of our lives.  Remember that we are vibrational beings living in a vibrational world.  We all have our own vibrational level.  This is determined in large part by what we say, think and imagine.  When we run around being negative, saying negative things, thinking negative thoughts, remembering negative experiences and talking about them, we are keeping ourselves in a lower vibration and attracting other negative experiences and people to us.

On the other hand, when we think positive thoughts and talk about all the good in our lives, and how lucky we are to live in this country, and how we have so many blessings and good things in our lives, we allow our vibration to rise and we begin to attract more positive things into our lives.  This is straight out of the Law of Attraction.  

Sabrina Reber says that a thought becomes creative in 17 seconds.  What this means is that if you are thinking something for more than 17 seconds, it becomes creative and the manifestation process begins.  When we hold that thought even longer, and longer, it will manifest over time.  This applies to negative things as well as positive things.  How I describe it to my students is this:  The world is full of infinite possibilities, which are nothing more than unseeable particles, in the universal field.  When we think a thought we bring that particle into existence.  When we let go of that thought it goes back into the field of infinite possibilities.  But when we focus on it, think about it, talk about it, and envision it, it will manifest in our lives.  This applies to positive things as well as negative things. So keep your thoughts positive and create what you want, not what you don't want. 

This can be a stressful time of year financially, time wise and even for those who are separated from family and friends.  But it can also be a wonderful time of year with sharing, beauty and love.  Most of our stress in the world is of our own making.  Oh we can say that,so and so did this or that to us, but it is our own thoughts about it that keep the stress going.  

If there is something you want in your life, focus on how much you already have and envision having what you want in a positive way.  Keep doing this until it manifests. Stop thinking and talking about what you lack or what you don't have or don't want.  Change that into what you do want. 

Let go of negative thinking this month and enjoy what love and beauty you see.  Appreciate little things that we normally would miss.  Enjoy the holiday season and make time for family and friends.  You never know when one of them could be taken from you.  This is not to scare you but to encourage you to live in the moment, enjoy what is now, appreciate the beauty in the world. Think positive thoughts.

LETTING GO OF THE PAST YEAR'S TRAUMAS
 
Well the year is winding down and almost over.  For many of us that is a welcome blessing.  It has been a tough year for many.  But lots of positive things have happened as well if you look back at your year.  The new energy entering the earth's atmosphere is causing all of us to clear our old negative beliefs and attitudes.  This is happening all over the world and to each of us individually. 

Many of us have had to deal with the loss of loved ones, financial struggle, loss of relationships, angers, drama of others, upsets and just plain stress and unhappiness as we go through the process of letting go of what no longer serves us.  But it is almost over as the year winds down.

As the new year comes toward us, I always get a feeling of what the next year is going to be like for us.  For us it is not over.  I feel next year will be a year of loss as we lose Rudy and Brian's father.  We know that is coming for sure, and yet I have a positive feel about next year.  I realize that there is more to release and clear (even in myself) and yet I welcome the lightness that comes after the release is over.

I plan to wind down this crazy busy year with happiness, laughter, and love.  Yes it hasn't always been easy but each day and each year is a new beginning.  When you think of it that way, it doesn't feel quite so daunting.  I want to welcome in the new year with happiness, love and hope.  I want to enjoy each process that I go through, balance out my crazy busy life, and most of all I want to feel good about it all.

Why not join me in looking back and seeing how far you have come in the past year, how much you have let go of, changed and shifted.  And then look forward with a positive attitude, no matter what you know lies ahead.   I still feel we are so lucky to live in this Country with lots of food, clean water, houses to live in, no bombs falling on us and people who love us.  We have so much more than most others in the world.  Let's be grateful for what we have, the time we have with our loved ones and the changes coming for us.

It will be a pivotal in the evolution of your collective consciousness, and each of you as the moving parts in that collective consciousness, will be receiving more of what you need. We ask that you accept the grace that is being offered to you, and if you need to tell yourselves that you've earned it in some way, well then go right ahead.
It was always yours for the taking, however. And soon you will be ready to receive it, as you let go of control and as you seek out peace within yourselves. As you recognize that you are the experiencer of The Shift, that is when you will be able to fully embody your roles as Creator Beings in the fifth dimension.
