At the HOA Monthly meeting on April 11th, our guest speaker Sally Mizerak from MASA will host an Ice Cream Social starting at 6:00pm. Sally will be talking to people about MASA which is a Medical Transport Solution at the meeting for about 15 minutes and showing a presentation of what they offer. So far this year, sales and average sales prices are up over the previous 2 years. Murex Home Sales have sold 28% more homes in 2016 that they did in the same time frame as 2015 and over 65% higher than 2014. And, they didn't do it by selling the homes at a lower price -  the average sales price is 14% higher than 2015 and 27% higher than 2014.  Great job to the team!

They are diversifying and contacting individuals by telephone, claiming to represent well-known software companies and offering to solve computer problems. These individuals may claim they have detected viruses or other malware on your computer to trick you into granting them remote access to your computer to fix the problem. They may also ask you to pay for software you don't need. The goal of these fraudulent individuals is to make money and access your personal files to steal your identity.
