 Lowe's Appliance Showcase January 13 - 15, 2016 in the Multipurpose Room
Using our bulk buying power, Schalamar has teamed up with Lowe's to pass appliance savings on to you by offering appliances at contractor pricing! Lowe's will be on hand with sample appliances to give you an idea of the new energy saving appliances available to you. Have you seen something you like online or elsewhere? Bring the model number to get a quote of contractor pricing direct to you!

 We have a great many "fur babies" here at Schalamar and we love them all! Not only do they offer companionship and unconditional love, but they are great motivators for our own exercise. Be a great pet owner and take your pet for walks to keep you both happy and healthy!
When walking your pet, please keep the following in mind:
Secure your pet on a leash and in your control at all times
Walk in your yard or the common areas only
Pick up waste and dispose of properly
Thank you for doing your part to make sure your pets are good citizens of Schalamar!

2016 Ad Valorem Billing for ACH
Ad Valorem will be billed in 3 separate payments on Jan, Feb and March 1st, as per the letters sent out in September. If you are currently paying your rent by ACH, the payments will be deducted per the payment schedule. If you would like to pay the Ad Valorem through an account that is different from the one you use for your lot rent, please make sure the payments are in by the 1st of each month, so it will not come out of your ACH account.
