We have a great many "fur babies" here at Schalamar and we love them all! Not only do they offer companionship and unconditional love, but they are great motivators for our own exercise. Be a great pet owner and take your pet for walks to keep you both happy and healthy!

When walking your pet, please keep the following in mind:

Secure your pet on a leash and in your control at all times

Walk in your yard or the common areas only

Pick up waste and dispose of properly

Thank you for doing your part to make sure your pets are good citizens of Schalamar!

2016 Ad Valorem Billing for ACH

Ad Valorem will be billed in 3 separate payments on Jan, Feb and March 1st, as per the letters sent out in September. If you are currently paying your rent by ACH, the payments will be deducted per the payment schedule. If you would like to pay the Ad Valorem through an account that is different from the one you use for your lot rent, please make sure the payments are in by the 1st of each month, so it will not come out of your ACH account.

In Remembrance of Barbara Ciner

Barbara Ciner 2/26/1938 - 8/8/2015

On behalf of Barbara Ciner... Her last Good bye and Thank You.

In the year 2005 Barbara and I came to Schalamar Creek looking for a place to live. We found it....

The years quickly passed , Barbara actively involved herself in many of the Clubs and Activities that Schalamar Creek offers. Her most cherished rewards were The love and satisfaction she received while spending time with her friends.

Schalamar Creek has gone through some changes during the past few years. The most significant being the sale of the community and Mark Schneider's appointment to General Manager of Schalamar Creek Golf and C.C.

Barbara believed that Mark brought with him the warm binding affect needed to enrich a wonderful community like ours and make it thrive. It is with regret that Barbara physically was not able to attend her own Memorial... she would have been impressed with the love and generosity put forth.

To all of Barbara's Schalamar Creek friends and neighbors, Thank You.
