Marti Newkirk Photography, LLC will have her studio set up in the ballroom on Friday, December 11, 2015 beginning at 2:00 for Christmas photos. You may bring your pet or your spouse, whichever one you prefer to be photographed with. :-)

There are 3 pre-paid packages of varying price levels available, some with Christmas cards! Products will be delivered next Friday.

2016 Ad Valorem Billing for ACH

Ad Valorem will be billed in 3 separate payments on Jan, Feb and March 1st, as per the letters sent out in September. If you are currently paying your rent by ACH, the payments will be deducted per the payment schedule. If you would like to pay the Ad Valorem through an account that is different from the one you use for your lot rent, please make sure the payments are in by the 1st of each month, so it will not come out of your ACH account.
