FMHA - Higher Valuations Possible for Homeowners

On March 18, 2015 the FMHA released a report stating that Citizens Property Insurance Corporation is now allowing different valuation methods that will result in increased insured values for mobile and manufactured homes built prior to 1994. Read the release:

Memorial on March 22th

On Sunday, March 22, 2015, from 2:00PM-----4:00PM, there will be a Remembrance Gathering, for Janice Mahar, upstairs in the ballroom, of the clubhouse.Janice's family would like to invite you to spend this special time with them, to remember and share the memories and good times that were so much a part of Janice's life.

The Divas Show on April 2nd

THE DIVAS SING " THE SOUNDS OF THE BANDS". Once again, on Thursday, April 2, 2015 the Divas will be entertaining you with songs from the past. The dinner  buffet will begin at 5:00PM and the show will follow at 6:00PM.

The tickets will be $13.95, inclusive of tax. Tea, water and coffee are included.    Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be an extra charge

You will be able to sign up and buy your tickets from Ginger Kory, Norma Roberts and Norma Walker. When you purchase your tickets, please be sure to give your name, and the number in your party.

Please call Norma Walker to reserve a table.   The tables will be for a party of 8--10.
Buying your tickets will not automatically reserve a table for you,    You will have a seat at a table, but if you have a large group or friends or neighbors that you want to sit with, please call Norma to reserve a table for your group.

Easter Egg Hunt on April 4th

Meet in the card room and you will be escorted to the hidden treasure area. After the hunt snacks will be served, milk, juice and donuts in the clubhouse. Operation Smile Tournament on April 11th

On Saturday, April 11th join us as we Play a While and Save a Smile! Door prizes! Food!

The Day of Smiles Golf Tournament by PPA Charities will benefit Operation Smile, which provides surgeries for children around the world with cleft lip, cleft palate and facial deformities. Each surgery costs $240, so each foursome can save one smile!

There has never been a better reason to play a round of golf. Tell your friends - sign up sheet is in the hall.
