CABRILLO AVENUE STREET CLOSURE FOR HALLOWEEN BALL
On Sunday, October 16, 2016, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., the 21st Annual Halloween Ball will be taking place. Cabrillo Avenue will be temporarily closed to through traffic between Torrance Boulevard and 213th Street. Detour signage will be placed throughout the area to assist motorists around the street closures.
There will be costumes, dinner, auctions, live music, dancing, opportunity drawings in front of the Depot Restaurant at 1250 Cabrillo Avenue. This event is benefiting the Pediatric Therapy Network.

FILMING IN DOWNTOWN TORRANCE
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 | 8 AM - 6 PM
AROUND EL PRADO PARK AND 1321 SARTORI AVENUE
On Wednesday, September 21, 2016, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Rocket Farm, a production company,  will be taking video and still photos around El Prado Park and 1321 Sartori Avenue.  There will be NO street closures.  Filming is limited to sidewalks and inside the park.  Impact to the community and businesses should be minimal.
